My review of Robert Branscomb Insurance :

Robert Branscomb, Lacey WA insurance agent stole over $400 from us. Robert ordered a website. He wanted one identical to a colleagues site we built. He paid for the website, he approved the final draft via email and then several weeks after the website was operational he did a charge back  from his AMEX card claiming it was “merchandise not as described”. Roberts excuse? Someone took 48 hours to respond to an email. (That was after he was told that the designer would be unavailable during that period). In our opinion Robert is someone of poor character, a cheater of the system, a crook and not be trusted.
