My review of Cell Brokerage, LLC:

I recieved a replacement phone for a phone that had been lost. I had to pay $100 for the phone. The phone I received was defective and would not charge. I returned the phone and recieved a another refurbishes phone. The volume button on the refurbished phone fell off. I filled another claim and they wanted pictures. I sent them pictures and they said that I damaged the phone. The techinician refused to talk to me. The refused to replace the phone when they sent a defect phone in the first place. I paid 19.99 a month for this useless coverage and another $100 to replace the phone. I could have bought a new phone for the amount I have paid. They do not check out their refurbished phones. This is a huge rip off. The customer service lady named Mimi was very rude as well. Glad to be done with them they are a scam. They really don't even deserve 1 star.
