My review of Higginbotham Insurance Agency,Inc.:

When they renewed my homeowners insurance they changed the coverage from replacement to actual cash value and the deductible from 2% to 5% with out telling me. They did not furnish me a copy of the new policy until months later after I filled a claim. Which when I discovered the changes costing me $9,000. They also lied to the TDI saying they had informed me but had nothing to back up their statement and didn't admit to the fact they hadn't furnished me a copy of my policy.
